Ingredients
- 4 Bananas peeled
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 3 tablespoons Apple Sauce unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 degees C.
- Using a paper towel and a small amount of coconut oil, grease loaf pan. Place parchment paper in loaf pan as well.
- Combine bananas and eggs into a stand mixer and mix for approximately 1 minute to combine and mash banana.
- Add additional ingredients, mixing thoroughly to combine.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 175 degrees C. Allow loaf to cool 5 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
Recipe Notes
You can also use Almond Butter and tastes great.
