Peanut Butter Choc-Chunk Cookies
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well
Add chocolate chips and mix to combine
Cover slow cooker bowl with non stick baking paper
Roll up cookie dough into balls approx the size of a golf ball and space out well in cooker (I cooked 8 per batch in my 7L rectangular slow cooker)
Press down each ball with a fork to flatten
Use Tea Towel Trick, then cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hr per batch
Enjoy hot or allow to cool and store in sealed container
