Pie Maker Hokey Pokey Dump Cakes
Everything you need for this easy "dump" dessert are four supermarket ingredients and a trusty pie maker. In 15 minutes flat you will have four mini cakes - Caramilk Hokey Pokey and scotch finger bikkies, ensconced in soft pancake batter.

  1. Preheat a pie maker and spray with oil.
  2. Prepare pancake shake according to packet directions.
  3. Pour pancake batter into each hole of the pie maker until 1cm deep. Break a biscuit into each hole. Top each with a generous drizzle of caramel and 4 squares of Caramilk. Fill with pancake shake to the top of each hole. Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove cakes.
  4. Cool cakes for 5 minutes. Serve with ice-cream and drizzled with extra caramel.
