- 325 grams Pancake Shake
- 4 Salted Caramel Scotch Finger Biscuits
- 140 grams Dulche de Leche Caramel plus extra, to serve
- 1/2 block Hokey Pokey Caramilk chocolate broken into squares
- Vanilla Ice Cream to serve

Instructions
- Preheat a pie maker and spray with oil.
- Prepare pancake shake according to packet directions.
- Pour pancake batter into each hole of the pie maker until 1cm deep. Break a biscuit into each hole. Top each with a generous drizzle of caramel and 4 squares of Caramilk. Fill with pancake shake to the top of each hole. Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove cakes.
- Cool cakes for 5 minutes. Serve with ice-cream and drizzled with extra caramel.
