- 500 grams Beef Stir-fry Strips
- 1/4 cup Plum Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 440 grams Hokkien Noodles
- 1 bunch Broccolini chopped, 200g
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Red Capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves crushed
- 6 Spring Onions thinly sliced

Instructions
- Place beef in a medium bowl with 2 tblsps each plum, soy and sweet chilli sauces. Toss to coat. Set aside.
- Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes. Separate noodles with a fork. Drain.
- Boil, steam, or microwave broccolini until tender. Drain.
- Heat half the oil in a hot wok. Add capsicum, carrot and garlic. Stir-fry vegetables until carrot is almost tender. Remove from wok.
- Heat remaining oil in same hot wok. Add beef in two batches. Stir-fry until beef is browned and cooked through.
- Return beef and vegetables to wok with noodles, broccolini, half the spring onions and remaining sauces. Stir-fry until hot.
- Serve stir-fry topped with remaining spring onions.
