- 500 grams Pork Mince
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1/3 cup Mango Chutney plus extra to coat and serve
- 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan. Line a tray with baking paper. Combine mince, breadcrumbs, curry powder, mango chutney and parsley until ingredients are well-incorporated.
- Divide into 12 portions and shape each portion into an oval. Thread each onto a bamboo skewer and place on prepared tray.
- Coat each kofta with a generous spoonful of mango chutney and cook for 20-25 mins.
- Remove and rest for 3-5 minutes. Serve with and extra drizzle of chutney and steamed rice.
