- 3 Nectarines
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove crushed
- 3 Pork Fillets thinly sliced
- 200 grams Snow Peas
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Plum Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce

Instructions
- Cut onion and nectarines into thin wedges.
- Heat oil and garlic in a wok; add pork in batches, stir-fry until tender. Remove pork from wok. Add onion, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add snow peas, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Return pork to wok with nectarines and combined homey and sauces; stir-fry for 1 minute, or until heated through.
