- 3 Potatoes waxy
- 18 oz Bolognaise Sauce
- 2 oz Baby Spinach Leaves
- 10 oz Cheese grated

Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Potatoes don't ave to be peeled and can be consumed with the skin.
- Add a layer of potatoes to the bottom of a lasagna baking dish and pour the Bolognese sauce on top of the potatoes. Then add on the baby spinach and a layer of cheese.
- Keep layering the ingredients like this until the baking dish is filled to the top: potatoes, sauce, spinach, cheese. The final layer should consist of cheese.
- Now bake the potato lasagna in the oven for one and a half hours at 320°F.
