- Pepper Flakes
- Butter melted
- Olive Oil
- Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Pepperoni, garlic, parsley and pepper flakes cooked in butter and olive oil.
- Store bought or home made pizza dough kneaded.
- Roll dough out and cut into strips, tie into knots.
- Toss knots in pepperoni garlic butter.
- Place in a greased cast iron skillet.
- Let rise until puffy then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 220C until browned and puffy (about 25 minutes)
- Eat with sauce for dipping.
