- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Sea Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds to serve
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds toasted, to serve

- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined and smooth. Season with salt.
- Serve hummus with a sprinkling of pumpkin and sesame seeds.
