- 2 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- Chilli Fresh chopped
- 1 rack Pork Ribs

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and coat the ribs with a nice thick layer. Then let it marinate in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight). Pour about an inch of water in the camp oven and preheat it with some good hot coals.
- Place the ribs on top of a trivet and put a shovel full of hot coals on the lid.
