This roasted capsicum sauce paired so well with falafels. Also use it as a dipping sauce for veggies. Drizzle it on salad. Try it as a nacho sauce. The uses are endless.

In a blender add all of the ingredients except the oil until smooth (add a little water, of needed)
Add the olive oil. Enjoy.
