Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 squeeze Tomato Sauce
- 1 squeeze Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 dash Soy Sauce
- 1 splash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Onion
- 6 Chicken Thigh Fillets

Instructions
- Add all wet ingredients to a shaker to combine. Add chicken to the pressure cooker with the garlic and onion and then pour the sauce over top.
- Add your choice of vegetables as an optional extra. Cook in microwave for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Rice.
