- 16 Beef Sausages
- 2 Onions
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 40 grams French Onion Soup Mix
- 1-2 tablespoons Cornflour for thickening

Instructions
- Put the sausages and onion in a slow cooker. Combine the sauces and the soup mix in a jug. Add 375ml water, mix well and pour over the sausages in the slow cooker bowl.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- If you need to thicken the sauce, mix 1-2 tablespoons of cornflour towards the end of cooking.
