Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 650 grams Pork Mince
- 420 grams Tomato Soup
- 420 grams Water or Stock
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 stalk Celery finely sliced
- 1 Green Capsicum diced

Instructions
- Brown the meat, onions and capsicum in a large pan with a little oil. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir, thoroughly cooking until the cabbage is tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste or add a little extra of any of the herbs and spices in the recipe to your taste.
- Serve on toast or with pasta noodles.
