Instructions
  1. Brown the meat, onions and capsicum in a large pan with a little oil. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir, thoroughly cooking until the cabbage is tender.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste or add a little extra of any of the herbs and spices in the recipe to your taste.
  3. Serve on toast or with pasta noodles.
