- 300 grams Dates Pitted
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 3/4 cup Water Boiling
- 100 grams Butter softened
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Apples
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 40 grams Butter
- 200 mls Cream
- 1 tablespoon Whiskey optional

Instructions
- Cut the dates in half and place in a microwave jug with bi carbonate of soda and boiling water. Stir well and set aside.
- Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Peel and grate the apple and add to the butter mixture with flour, dates and cinnamon.
- Pour mixture into the 2.25lt Stack Cooker Base and microwave uncovered on Medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining the sugar, butter and cream in the 1.5lt Stack Cooker. Stir to combine, stack on top of the pudding and microwave uncovered on medium high for a further 6 minutes.
- Remove pudding from microwave; cover and stand. Return the sauce to the microwave and cook uncovered on high (800 watts) for another 3 minutes.
- Serve pudding with sauce and a large dollop of cream.
