- 1 cup Vegetables steamed and mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Spelt Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Haloumi grated
- 1/4 cup Herbs mixed fresh
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil

Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, apart from the coconut oil.
- Heat a frying pan and melt a little coconut oil. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side and flip.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve with green salad.
