Instructions
- Preheat oven on high for 20-30 minutes, it's gotta be hot.
- Pour boiling water over well-scored pork skin.
- Cover with lemon juice and plenty of salt.
- Bake on high 15-20 minutes (until it blisters nicely)
- Turn oven down to 170 degrees C and let the crackling cook for 45 minutes until crispy all over.
