Ingredients
- 8 cups Popcorn
- 1 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup Ale
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup or Corn Syrup
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Mix popcorn with cashews. Heat ale and reduce by half. Stir in brown sugar, syrup and butter.
- Cook gently until bubbly, stirring. Simmer 5 minutes, until syrupy.
- Stir in garam masala and salt. Add to popcorn mix, toss to coat.
- Spread on lined trays. Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool. Break into pieces.
