- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Onion
- 300 grams Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Beef Stock
- 1 tub Sour Cream

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and cook meat until browned. Set aside.
- Add onion and mushrooms to pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and return meat. Add sour cream and beef stock.
- Heat through.
- Serve with rice and fresh bread.
