  1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and cook meat until browned. Set aside.
  2. Add onion and mushrooms to pan and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and return meat. Add sour cream and beef stock.
  4. Heat through.
  5. Serve with rice and fresh bread.
