Ingredients
- 150 grams Unsalted Butter chopped
- 250 grams Dark Chocolate chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 4 Eggs lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Plain Flour sifted
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts roughly chopped
- 1 cup Hazelnuts roughly chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170c fan forced. Grease a 20 cm x 30 cm lamington pan with cooking oil spray and line with baking paper.
- Combine butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan' stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Spoon melted chocolate into a 3 litre mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, sour cream and nuts and beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Spread mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until brownie feels slightly firm to touch in centre. A skewer inserted will come out with slightly moist crumbs attached. The brownies will also form a crust on top.
- Allow to cool and slice into squares. Store in an airtight container.
