Ingredients
- 1 cup Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Essence
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberries

Instructions
- In a bowl mix the melted oil and the sugar together, mix in the egg, vanilla and milk. Whisk together until well combined.
- Add in the flour and continue to mix well, then fold through the blueberries.
- Put cake batter into loaf pan.
- Bake at 175 degrees C until cooked (around 30 minutes)
- Let the cake cool before cutting.
