- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 bag Pecans
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and lightly toast bag of pecans.
- Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Add cinnamon and salt, stirring until combined.
- Add water and stir until dissolved. Add vanilla and stir until all pecans are coated.
- Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven on 180 degrees C until crisp.
