- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 cup Plain Flour
- Salt and Pepper

Instructions
- Drain and rinse chick peas. Add in all ingredients into a blender or use hand blender.
- Blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Put into a piping bag and pipe out onto a lined baking tray into desired length. Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and allow to sit for 10-20 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container or bag for a week.
