Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 12 Chicken Sausages
- 300 grams Pasta Sauce
- 400 grams Tomatoes Crushed
- 1.5 kg Potatoes roughly mashed with 1/3 cup Sour Cream and 1/4 cup Hot Milk
- 100 grams Mozzarella Cheese sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to a moderate 180c. Lightly grease a large shallow casserole dish of about 8 cup capacity.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the sausages. Cook over a low-medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir through the pasta sauce and tomatoes. Transfer to the baking dish.
- Top with mashed potato and season with salt and pepper. Scatter cheese over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with baby peas and crusty bread.
