- 200 grams Dark Chocolate chopped
- 1 ½ cups Cream
- 3 Eggs
- ½ cup Caster Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 Chocolate Hot Cross Buns sliced
- 1 tablespoon Raw Sugar
- Icing Sugar for dusting
- Cream to serve

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Place the chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth.
- Place the chocolate mixture, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine. Divide the hot cross bun slices between 4 x 1 ½ cup – capacity (375 ml) lightly greased ramekins and pour over the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with the raw sugar. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill with enough boiling water to come half-way up the sides of the ramekins.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.
