- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 Egg
- 200 grams Butter melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl, and mix well.
- Press into a lined lamington tin.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and then top with melted chocolate or chocolate icing.
