- 1 lb Honey
- 1 lb Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 5 cups Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Spice
- 2 teaspoons Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Cloves Ground

Instructions
- Warm honey and sugar, then add the beaten eggs.
- Sift flour, spices and bi carbonate of soda and add to the honey mix.
- Knead in enough extra plain flour to make a stiff dough for rolling out.
- Cut into shapes and bake approximately 10 minutes in moderate oven.
