- 1 tin Coconut Condensed Milk
- 3 blocks White Chocolate
- Coconut

Instructions
- Add Condensed milk and white chocolate in a slow cooker, cook high for 30 minutes with no lid. Stir every 10 minutes.
- Cooked low for a further 30 minutes until crust appears on top.
- Stir in enough coconut until it was nice and coco nutty looking.
- pour half into a lined tin and flatten. Colour the remainder with food colouring and then pour on top of the other layer.
- Transfer to fridge to set overnight. Cut up and enjoy.
