- 3 cups Self Raising Flour
- 60 grams Butter
- 1 1/4 cups Milk
- 125 grams Cream Cheese
- 3 rashers Short Cut Bacon chopped
- 3 Spring Onions sliced
- 1 cup Tasty Cheese grated

Instructions
- Process the flour and butter in a food processor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add enough milk to form a soft dough. Knead gently on a lightly floured surface and then roll to form a 40 cm x 25 cm rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese over the dough, top with bacon and spring onions. Roll up along the long side to enclose the filling. Cut 10 x 4 cm pieces from the roll and place close together, cut side up on a greased baking tray.
- Sprinkle with the tasty cheese and bake in a pre-heated 220 degrees C oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and golden.
