Ingredients
- 1 tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 200 grams Biscuits roughly crushed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Coconut
- Icing Sugar
- 200 grams Crown Mints 1 cup finely chopped

Instructions
- Combine sweet biscuits, cocoa, coconut, icing sugar and mints in a bowl and mix together.
- Add condensed milk and mix.
- Roll the mixture into thin logs.
- Sprinkle the logs with icing sugar.
- Place the logs onto a tray and refrigerate until firm or overnight.
- Cut log into 2 cm pieces and serve.

Found this recipe very challenging. Cutting up hard crown mints is near impossible. Had to use a special macadamia nut cracker. Much as I like the idea of crown mint slice I won’t be making it again.
Hi Deb, it is a bit tricky but well worth it once the crown mints are broken up. We use a food processor to pulse these up otherwise the mints in a bag and a hammer works too.
