Ingredients
- 8 Sausages
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 cup Fruit Chutney
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 teaspoon Red Curry Paste
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoons Cornflour to thicken in 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
- Brown sausages, onion and carrot (optional) and add to the bowl of the slow cooker.
- Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Cook on auto for 2 hours.
- Serve with basmati rice with greens on side.
