- 3 punnets Cherry Tomato
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese optional
- 1 teaspoon Chilli optional
- 1 tablespoon Cream optional

Instructions
- Throw cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion and oil in an oven friendly dish and roast in oven.
- Once it's bubbling, but not burnt, take it out and blend it with cheese. Be careful not to blend it while it is still bubbling as it will explode.
- Add chilli, salt and cream and stir. Pour onto fresh cooked pasta.
