Instructions
- Prechill ice cube trays in the freezer.
- Melt chocolate and copha together in a microwave safe jug. Stir every 30 seconds until melted.
- Crush peanuts.
- Sprinkle some peanuts in the base of the ice cube trays. Pour in enough melted chocolate to cover. Tap on the bench to remove bubbles.
- Spoon in a dollop of Nutella into each cube.
- Push a hazelnut into the Nutella.
- Add another layer of chocolate, tap again to remove buvvles and even out layer.
- Top with more crushed nuts.
- Set aside in the freezer for approx 30 minutes or until set.
