Ingredients
Chicken Marinde
- 2 Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3-4 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon Gharam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
Sauce
- 1 knob Butter
- 1 Onion diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Gharam Masala
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 400 grams Tinned Tomatoes chopped
- 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt

Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients together until combined. Allow to marinade for an hour at the least.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together and put aside.
- Cook all the chicken on medium high for 4 minutes then turn, lower the heat and add the sauce.
- Mix together and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
- Let simmer for 3-4 minutes then serve with either rice or wholemeal pita bread.
