- 60 grams Butter cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 100 grams Flaked Almonds

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160c fan-forced. Line three large baking trays with baking paper.
- Place butter, honey and sugar in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high power for 90 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir until smooth. Add flour and cinnamon, mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Place heaped teaspoons of mixture on baking trays leaving plenty of room to spread. Sprinkle generously with almonds. Bake for 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Allow biscuits to firm on trays. Remove and cool completely on racks. Store in an airtight container.
