- 1 packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
- 1 cup Boiling Water 250 mL
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice 60 mL
- ⅓ cup Cold Water 80 mL
- 1 Lemon sliced, thinly

Instructions
- Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with boiling water and honey, and stir to dissolve well.
- Add fresh lemon juice and cold water and stir well.
- Pour jelly equally between 4 x glasses, refrigerate until firm. Top with a lemon slice to serve.
