Ingredients
- 12 slices Chicken Roll
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 6 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Coconut Milk

Instructions
- Soak satay sticks in cold water for 1/2 hour. Cut each chicken slice into four lengths. Roll each piece of chicken and place 4 pieces on each satay stick.
- Brush with beaten egg and water mixture. Coat each satay with combined breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with peanut sauce, combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and heat gently until thoroughly combined and hot.
