- 12 Digestive Biscuits
- 3 oz Butter melted

- 320 grams Chocolate Cream Cheese
- 250 grams Icing Sugar
- 250 ml Whipping Cream
- 2 Areo Mint Bars

Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits to your preference and slowly add in the melted butter.
- Line a tin with cling wrap, cover the base of the tin with the crushed biscuits mix.
- Mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar. Whip the cream and then add to the mixture.
- Grate the Areo Bars. Add 3/4 of the chocolate into the cream mixture and mix together.
- Spread the mixture on top of the biscuit base. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top of the cheesecake.
- Leave overnight in a fridge to set.
