Recipe Notes
Note: These “Rolls” come out more like a biscuit/ scone rather than a bread roll. This is due to the use of Plain Flour and no use of Yeast.

The oven time is wrong on this recipe. It should be 350 degrees instead of 180..
Hi Sherri, thanks for the feedback. The 180 mentioned is degrees C for Celsius. You are correct in 350 degrees F for Fahrenheit. Hope they still turned out for you.
I got caught on this too. It’s 180C and 350F.
Mine aren’t rising what am I doing wrong please ?
Hi Mel, sorry on the delay. This recipe was found on an American Site and all the comments mention this recipe turns out more of like a biscuit / scone rather than an actual bread roll.

I find these “rolls” so easy to make and taste great. They are more like a biscuit form and a little salty tasting but go nicely with homemade soup or stew or anything you want a roll with. I find I get 5 out of the recipe which is a nice amount for my husband and myself, with leftovers! I, too, stopped when I saw 180 and knew that wasn’t correct for those of us using Fahrenheit.
