Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour 60g
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour 65g
- 1/2 cup Milo 65g
- 1 cup Rolled Oats 85g
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar 150g
- 2/3 cup Desiccated Coconut 65g
- 1 Egg
- 125 grams Butter melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius (fan-forced). Grease and line a 20cm X 20cm cake tin with baking paper and set aside.
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared tin and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before cutting into slices.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week (or freeze).
