Instructions
- Put skins and cores into slow cooker into slow cooker and cover with water.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Remove skins and cores. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Strain.
- Bottle in sterilised bottles and refrigerate.
Recipe Notes
You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Put cordial into glass and add water/ mineral water / or soda water. Adjust the amount of cordial to your taste.
You could reduce the cordial to a thicker syrup if you wish by cooking for longer after you have added the sugar.
