Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180c (160c fan forced).
  2. Grease a 25 cm spring form cake tin. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add zest, flour and baking powder.
  3. Pour mixture into cake tin. Lay pineapple strips on top, pushing in slightly.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes (cover with foil if it browns too fast).
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar and extra orange zest if deserved.
  6. Serve with yoghurt or cream.
