- 200 grams Butter
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Orange Grated Zest
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Pineapple peeled and cut into long strips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c (160c fan forced).
- Grease a 25 cm spring form cake tin. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add zest, flour and baking powder.
- Pour mixture into cake tin. Lay pineapple strips on top, pushing in slightly.
- Bake for 40 minutes (cover with foil if it browns too fast).
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and extra orange zest if deserved.
- Serve with yoghurt or cream.
