- Put the butter in your soup mug or Breakfast Maker and pop in the microwave for 10 seconds to melt.
- Whisk the egg in your mug, then add the milk, cheese, salt, pepper and mix ins.
- Add torn-up bread to the top until it is covered, and give it a press down so that it gets coated in egg - this will help the quiche keep shape.
- Cook in the microwave for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes. You know it will be done when you can score around the edges of the mug and see that the quiche comes away in one piece.
- Grab a plate and flip your mug upside down.
