- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 100 mls Butter melted
- 200 mls Milk
- 200 grams Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- Red Velvet Cake Crumbs, optional

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, eggs, butter, and milk until combined.
- Roll a piece of parchment paper into a small ball, and place the balls in the center hole of a muffin tin.
- Pour the red velvet mixture around the balls.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the parchment paper balls and let the doughnuts cool.
- In a bowl, whip the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Dip the doughnuts into the cream cheese mixture.
- Coat with some leftover red velvet cake crumbs.
- Enjoy!
