Instructions
  1. Stir first three ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat until melted.
  2. Add milk, stir continuously for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Pour immediately into greased ice cube tray.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-2 1/2 hours.
Recipe Notes

Before chilling, sprinkle sea salt over candies to enjoy salted toffee.
