- 1 kg Chicken Wings
- 1 clove Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Ground
- 2 teaspoons Sugar

Instructions
- Cut tips off wings. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Turn at least once.
- Preheat oven to 350c and line a baking tray with foil.
- Arrange the wings and bake for 25 minutes. Turn wings over and bake for another 25 minutes, until tender and nicely glazed.
