- 455 grams Strawberries divided
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 30 grams Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 175 grams Strawberry Yoghurt
- 1 1/2 cup Cream light whipped

Instructions
- Place 8 strawberries in the base of a processor and, with lemon press, squeeze lemon juice over strawberries; whizz to puree.
- Add yoghurt and pudding mix to processor and mix until smooth and thickened.
- Pour mixture into medium bowl, and fold in whipped cream.
- Chill until serving time.
- Slice remaining strawberries and place into a bowl, reserve.
- Garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
