Ingredients
- 1 packet Tim Tam Biscuits
- 1 packet Devils Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 cup Water

- 200 grams Milk Chocolate Melts
- 125 ml Cream

Instructions
- Follow the instructions on the cake mix and combine in bowl. Pour into Pressure Cooker.
- Break up Tim Tams and place in mixture.
- Microwave on high for 8 minutes at 800 watts.
- To make chocolate ganache; place chocolate and cream into a jug. Microwave uncovered on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix well with spatula until smooth.
- Refrigerate uncovered until cake is cool, pour over cake when required.

Tim Tams can be substituted for Maltesers, After Dinner Mints, Mars Bars.
