- 85 packet Lime Jelly Crystals
- 85 packet Mango Jelly Crystals
- 85 packet Strawberry Jelly Crystals
- 3 cups Boiling Water
- 3 cups Cold Water
- Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions
- Empty lime jelly packet into a measuring cup. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Top up with enough cold water to make two cups.
- Divide between serving cups and chill until set (see tip).
- Meanwhile, repeat process with mango jelly.
- When lime jelly is firm, pour mango jelly over top and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat process with strawberry jelly crystals.
- When mango layer is firm, pour strawberry mixture over the top and refrigerate until firm.
- To serve top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Recipe Notes
When jellies have thickened, push some mixed lollies into each jelly.
