Ingredients
- 1 packet Butter Cake Mix or Vanilla
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 125 grams Butter melted
- 425 grams Apples Tinned , drained
- 1 carton Sour Cream small
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Caster Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
- Mix butter cake mix, coconut and butter, place in 20 cm slice tin and bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread with apples.
- Mix sour cream, eggs and caster sugar. Whisk and dab evenly over base.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and return to oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream as a dessert or place in fridge and have as a cold slice.
Recipe Notes
- Line the tin and have paper overlapping sides.
- Can substitute apples with raspberries.
